Not every ring needs a centre stone to make a statement. This one skips the halo altogether and goes for a chevron shape instead, four rubies and three diamonds alternating down the "V", each one claw set in white gold heads against a warm 9ct yellow gold band.

It's a proper eye-catcher precisely because it doesn't follow the usual rules, no single stone dominating, just a rhythm of red and white running across the finger. Worn alone it makes a real statement, and it would sit beautifully against a plain band too if you fancied stacking it.
