A rich green emerald, wrapped in a ribbon of diamonds.

A 1.20 carat oval emerald sits at the heart of this pendant, glowing a deep, vivid green. It’s held in four 14ct yellow gold claws and framed by a sweeping teardrop of sparkling diamonds that crosses over above the stone like a twist of ribbon.

The bail is set with diamonds too, so the sparkle runs all the way from the chain to the tip. In total there are 0.12 carats of F to G colour, SI clarity diamonds, and both the emerald and the diamonds are certified in Antwerp. At 2cm it’s a dainty, elegant size for everyday wear, yet the colour gives it real presence. Emerald is the birthstone for May and the traditional gift for a 55th anniversary, making this a meaningful present for someone special.

Is the emerald real?
Yes, it’s a natural emerald, certified at 1.20 carats.

Why can I see marks inside the emerald?
Almost all natural emeralds contain inclusions, sometimes called “jardin” (French for garden). They’re a sign of a natural stone and give each emerald its own character.

What do F to G and SI mean?
F to G is near-colourless, so the diamonds look bright and white. SI (slightly included) means any tiny marks are very hard to see without magnification.

Does it come with a chain?
No, it’s sold as a pendant only. We have gold chains in store and can help you choose one.

How do I care for an emerald?
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, hot water and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft brush and mild soapy water, and store it separately from harder jewellery.
